About this guide

SanFranciscoCityTourBus.com is an independent visitor guide to San Francisco city tours: the vintage VW bus tours, the open-top hop-on hop-off bus and the small-group van and coach tours. We are not a bus company, tour operator or Viator, and we are not Vantigo, Big Bus or any other business named on this site. The site name describes what we write about. We compare the bookable tours so you can pick the right one first time.

Facts on this site are checked against the live Viator listings (including recent guest reviews) and official sources such as the SFMTA, the Golden Gate Bridge District and the National Park Service. Prices and schedules move; when a listing and this page disagree, the checkout price wins.

The site is funded by affiliate commissions: when you book through a Viator link here, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes what we recommend, including pointing out lower-rated tours and what a ticket does not include. Details on the affiliate disclosure page.
